With a deep passion for AI Safety and responsible AI development, I presented on "AI Safety & AI Alignment: From Concepts to Implementation" at Effective Altruism EA Summit Vietnam 2025 on Saturday, September 20, 2025. I participated as Technical Manager at antoan.ai (AI Safety Vietnam) alongside Jord Nguyen - an independent researcher from Apart Research.
In the context of AI developing at a breakneck pace, ensuring AI systems operate safely and align with human values has never been more critical. I presented on fundamental concepts of AI safety and alignment, as well as techniques for developing ethical AI that ensures value for humanity and greater robustness. This was an excellent opportunity to meet and learn from a community of people who share the same vision for a sustainable and beneficial AI future for humanity.

Led an intensive mentoring session at the Google for Startups AI Bootcamp, guiding participants through practical approaches to rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions. The session provided hands-on perspectives on leveraging Vertex AI Studio and Model Garden with pre-trained models to jumpstart AI projects, demonstrating how startups can accelerate their AI adoption journey.
Participants gained practical experience with Google's enterprise AI platform, learning key concepts, tools, and best practices for integrating AI into their startup products. The interactive format included hands-on exercises with real-world scenarios and comprehensive Q&A sessions, enabling founders and technical teams to overcome common barriers in AI implementation.
Google for Startups Vietnam 2025 - AI Bootcamp (Hands-on Workshop)
Facilitated an intensive hands-on workshop at the Google for Startups AI Bootcamp, diving deep into the practical implementation of MLOps principles on Google Cloud. The session equipped startup teams with essential skills for building production-ready AI systems at scale.
Participants gained hands-on experience with core MLOps principles including CI/CD for machine learning, automated pipelines using Vertex AI Pipelines, model registry, versioning strategies, and comprehensive monitoring for both models and agents. The workshop emphasized governance best practices, ensuring participants could build reliable, scalable, and maintainable AI systems that meet enterprise standards while maintaining agility for rapid iteration and deployment.
